Jonathan first developed his skills through self-learning before formalizing his knowledge with a private training certification, turning his passion into true professional expertise.
Background
Driven by a desire to become stronger, faster, and more resilient, Jonathan began his journey through personal exploration of the training world before turning it into a full-fledged vocation. Since then, he has worked with a wide range of individuals, from complete beginners to experienced athletes, helping them build a lasting and positive relationship with training. He practices several disciplines himself, including Hyrox, bouldering, running, hiking, and functional training, which deepens his understanding of the demands of each sport.
Passions
Curious by nature and motivated by a desire to understand what allows humans to perform and push their limits, Jonathan is as interested in movement as he is in the psychology behind performance. He reconnects with himself in nature through hikes, enjoys exploring new environments, and embraces three personal pleasures: good food, Pokémon cards, and the world of heroic fantasy.
