Background +

Driven by the desire to become stronger, faster, and more enduring, Jonathan began with personal exploration in training before turning it into a true vocation.

Since then, he has coached many different profiles—from complete beginners to experienced athletes—helping them build a lasting and positive relationship with training.

He also practices several disciplines himself, including Hyrox, bouldering, running, hiking, and functional training, which strengthens his on-the-ground understanding and the demands of each sport.

Coaching Vision & Philosophy +

Jonathan’s coaching is built around what matters most: you. He takes the time to understand your goals, your background, and who you are—your strengths and your challenges.

Training is then built on simple, essential principles: biomechanics (how the body moves) and physiology (how the body responds and adapts). The idea is simple: respect the body and make training meaningful. Quality always comes before quantity.

Everything is done together: you communicate, you adjust, and you get challenged when needed. This relationship and collaboration are what create long-term progress.

Passions +

Curious and driven to understand what allows humans to perform and push their limits, Jonathan is interested in both movement and performance psychology.

He recharges in nature on hikes, enjoys exploring new environments, and embraces three guilty pleasures: great food, Pokémon cards, and the world of heroic fantasy.
