Background
A kinesiology student at the Université de Montréal, Eliana has an impressive athletic background.
She represents El Salvador internationally in triathlon, competes on the Quebec Grand Prix circuit and continental cups, and is a member of the Carabins cross-country team.
Her journey also includes eight years of artistic swimming at the national elite level.
She now brings this experience into coaching in triathlon and artistic swimming.

Driven by scientific curiosity, she is especially interested in women’s health and adapting training around the menstrual cycle.

Passions
A true lover of movement, her interests include triathlon, cross-country, hiking, volleyball, and soccer.
Beyond sport, Eliana enjoys continuous learning and is passionate about psychology, scientific literature, and everything related to the human body.
To unwind, she enjoys spending time with friends in cafés over a matcha.
